On 10 March 2022, the Russian Air Force Sukhoi Su-25SM s/n RF-91969, code 10 red, from the 18th Attack Aviation Regiment, was shot down by Ukrainian forces and crashed in Bekhy, Korosten Raion, Zhytomyr Oblast. The pilot major Nikolai Prozorov didn't survive.
It belonged to 18th Guards Red Banner Assault Aviation Regiment in Chernigovka.
